It's better to ask questions instead of making mistakes. No worries about that. Q-Flash is okay if you're using it. I'm just relaxing in Classic WoW.

A BIOS update generally requires 4 to 6 minutes. Allow an additional 10 minutes before attempting to power on the PC and enter BIOS settings to verify the version. If pressing F4, it indicates an error occurred.

They ceased backing up q flash at F21, yet I had already updated the BIOS and the CPU, and everything is functioning properly. I’m now following Linus’s guidance on configuring the BIOS for optimal performance.
