I possess a notebook equipped with 4 gigabytes of RAM on an x64 platform featuring AMD Radeon R2 integrated graphics, specifically the AMD E1-6010 APU. I’m familiar with running NFS Underground 2, Left 4 Dead 2, Quake Live, Minecraft PES 2013, and TF2. However, Quake Live isn’t running smoothly at around 7-14 frames per second. I already own BF4 and BF3, but I’m concerned about performance. I’m curious if Quake Live will work at least 12 FPS and whether it’s possible to overclock the system. My notebook is an HP 15 G070NR.

It seems unlikely you could handle BF3 with just a score of 25 in BC2. Tracking its progress typically isn't feasible on laptops or notebooks, and it's not advised to do so.

I haven't played it, but from what I see, it seems to be more of an arena-style FPS that isn't very popular these days.

The only other shooter I'm familiar with is Blacklight Retribution. It employs Unreal Engine 3 and runs smoothly on a variety of systems.

This CPU is weak. It struggles with streaming and modern gaming, though it can handle older titles. Most games released over a decade should work, but performance is lacking.

I understand you're not required to be reminded about the specific titles.
