Volts and temperatures look stable, but stress testing is necessary to confirm reliability. You might not notice problems immediately.

with a cpu you might achieve 4.8 to 5 ghz using 1.35 volts, possibly even less

Google overclocking guides for both your gpu and motherboard. Before you start overclocking do lots of reading, there is far more to read than anyone can post here. Overclocking is not hard but you want to do some research first. There are no magic settings, each setup is different and you will need to do your own testing.
