Ensure it matches the original kit and adjust timings manually—primary settings like 16-19-19-19-39 and a 1.35V drive should suffice. You can fine-tune further if needed. For a straightforward setup, consider a 3200MHz/3600MHz kit with two 16GB drives. If budget is a priority, the 5700X is a cost-effective alternative.
I estimate selling my 2700x for around 70€. The lowest 5800x3d (used) I found is 330 from eBay, and the 5600x is 160€. Is there a way to find something in between? I need to upgrade my SSD since my drive is beginning to fail. I chose the SN770 for 70€.
You don't have to go for the 58X3D. A 5600X would really outperform your 2700X.
