Hey there! Your friend upgraded his PC with a Ryzen 5 2600x and a GB450M Gaming board, and he wants some tweaks for voltage and clockspeed. He’s using XMP which works fine, but all the clock and voltage settings stay on auto in UEFI. The BIOS is fresh, and he’s reset the CMOS already. Anyone have any tips on how to adjust these settings without changing anything manually? Thanks!
It seems the system doesn't support manual adjustment of core voltage with fixed settings. According to what I know, an offset voltage should be available. I would just turn on PBO and apply a -50mV and -75mV negative Vcore offset, then test the results.
It prevents any adjustments. All settings are preconfigured, so I can't switch to manual mode or modify values.
On Gigabyte boards, you need to press the + and - keys to adjust the values. Have you tried it?
