Purchased Asetto Corsa, Dirt Rally, and BeamNG.Drive. Planning to explore Project cars; currently the prices are a bit steep even after adding DLC.

Check PCARS 2 and FH3 more closely—they perform poorly on wheels and work better with a controller.

I really enjoyed Need For Speed: Shift Unleashed 2. It feels completely different from the latest NFS games. No street racing or police involved—just straightforward racing with deep customization options. I also like Dirt 3; it's all about pure racing, mainly rally-style tracks.
