Looking for the ideal RAM module - X3700 paired with X570.
Good day, I'm currently in the process of upgrading my existing gaming PC and i'm unsure on what to choose in terms of RAM with my eye on perhaps upgrading the processor again in a few years if prices drop a bit (That's why i went for the X570). From what i read the Ryzen processors really love 3600mhz Memory so that's what i'm looking at, and i decided on 32GB's for some further future proofing. And now i'm arriving at my question: Timing's. How important are timings in terms of performance for gaming? Or do the variations in timings not lead to a change in FPS? Some info for my build: AMD Ryzen 3700x MSI X570 Gaming Plus MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G (Ancient yes i know but it'll have to continue slaving away for a bit longer with the current GPU shortage) M.2 Samsung 970 EVO plus 1TB + Sata Samsung 830 + multiple HDD's with media Corsair TX850W PSU (Also ancient but it keeps trucking along) Thanks in advance and any comment or tip would be greatly appreciated!
