Looking for suggestions on a new CPU and motherboard?
Hi, I bought a used RTX 4080 and couldn’t refuse the performance boost it offers compared to my struggling i7-7700K. I’m considering an upgrade but am unsure which path gives the best value. I’ve checked the R7 7800X3D and the I5 14600K, both seeming reasonable choices. On the hardware side, I’m completely new to motherboards. I’m aiming for the most value for my money since I want the best performance at a lower cost, but I’m open to spending more if it means getting the most out of my setup. Thanks for your time!
