Looking for single-player games?

I wondered if anyone had good suggestions for solo play? I don’t usually play online and have no desire to. I mainly like platformers and puzzle games. A story-based FPS is fine if I can use a controller.

If you haven't tried Portal and Portal 2 yet, give them a chance. They tend to drop significantly during the big discounts, sometimes reaching as low as $5 for the bundle. Destiny 2 isn't strictly a single-player game, but the campaign is quite solid.

Final Fantasy (notably X/X-2 and XII, possibly the 13th series)...
The Last Remnant
Darksiders (mainly 2nd)
Nier: Automata
Ryse Son of Rome
Quantum Break
Tales of Berserie, Symphonia and/or Zestiria
Tomb Raider (2013), Rise and Shadow of the Tomb Raider
If you enjoy Plattform Puzzle (simple): LEGO Games.
If you prefer Mass Hack and Slash titles, such as Dragon Quest Heroes (II)
For the puzzle aspect, I strongly suggest the new Tomb Raider titles...
