Looking for safe iGPU OC configurations for 5700g?

Hello! I'm checking if boosting your Ryzen 7 5700G's integrated graphics to 2300MHz would cause any issues. You're using an MSI B550M PRO WiFi Wi-Fi motherboard, with a 3600MHz CL16 Fury Renegade and the CM Hyper212 Evo V2 cooler. Your RAM runs at 1.25V and you rarely overclock it. Playing games like Overwatch 2 keeps temperatures under 50°C. You're new to building PCs, so I want to make sure this change is safe for your components.

Boosting RAM performance delivers significantly better results compared to enhancing the GPU. Those decent integrated graphics are often limited by memory speed, making it less effective to focus on upgrading the GPU chip than increasing RAM speed.

I’d skip it. A 50 MHz boost won’t significantly improve your gaming, especially if the RAM isn’t limiting speed.

RAM can definitely be overclocked, and your 3600MHz CL16 RAM should work well at around 4000MHz.

Updated: Achieved 2300mhz at 1.25v with PBO Overdrive Scalar x6 emulation. Played Android game at 90fps, max resolution 1080p for 30 minutes. Performance matched Genshin Impact and OW2 CPU temps (58°C). iGPU: 49°C, VRM status unknown.

You'd need to check the timing settings and observe how the RAM performs under load. Have you enabled DOCP?
