It won’t harm your system, but all the RAM will slow down to 2666MHz (which is the slowest option). There’s also a chance it might not function at all. Since it can’t cause damage, give it a try.

I wasn't certain if Flex mode was limited to Intel systems and doesn't work with Ryzen or AMD.
