In short, the main reason I'm searching for new RAM is because my current setup isn't compatible with my Ryzen CPU and motherboard. I'm specifically looking for something that supports speeds around 3200MHz or higher. I plan to share all my components and get advice on the best option for my system. I also want to avoid spending more than about 200 USD unless it's a solid investment.

I don't have any expertise, but from the specs on the Ryzen 7 1700, it seems it can handle up to 2667MHz. That might be the issue you're facing.

It seems the idea is that the Ryzen 7 1700 might perform better than expected, which is why some people share videos about it running at 3200MHz.

Have you checked if your mobile BIOS is updated to the latest AGESA version? Try it first.
Ryzen performs well with fast RAM, but its memory controller struggles to maintain those speeds. Once you exceed two RAM sticks, reaching 3200MHz becomes unlikely.
Can you achieve 3000MHz with your current setup? Are you adjusting sub-timings in hopes of hitting 3200?
I think the FlareX models are built for Samsung B die, which means they (along with other Samsung B die kits) have the highest potential to reach 3200.

Yes, I accept the initial part
I own four sticks but need faster performance than RAM space allows
3000MHz isn't feasible with suggested settings or lower timings such as 14-14-15-30 or similar
I can't even push overclock to 2333MHz, that's my issue

Additionally, my memory performance isn't even Ryzen compatible and isn't shown on their site. Likewise, my RAM isn't listed as compatible with Ryzen either. From another site, it seems my motherboard doesn't support the chipset in my RAM.
