I tried to avoid the GTA V problems but things didn’t go as planned. My game keeps freezing when finishing the Merryweather heist. I’m looking for a save before that moment. I currently have 30% progress and haven’t set any manual save points—just autosaved automatically, which was a mistake. I’ve picked the Merrywater heist freighter version; you can also try the offshore option. Hopefully someone can assist me with this issue!
My setup isn’t up to the task—though the game seems much improved with double MSAA. Just keep your rig in mind!
My setup operates at 60 frames per second, but I tend to hold off on making changes. Most games have problems when they start, which is frustrating.
I also experience 60fps, though not with msaa. With msaa enabled, it drops to around 30-40 fps during play. It's really frustrating since the game seemed stable for a while before breaking down. I typically don’t encounter issues at launch, but this time I found myself unable to stop playing.
