Searching for a suitable alternative to the Asus TUF Plus within your budget. The 570x AM4 board at $200 or less is a solid choice, but if it's unavailable, consider other models like the ASUS ROG Strix B550 or MSI MAG AORUS PRO series which offer similar performance and value.

The ASUS Prime-P closely matches the VRM and power phasing of the TUF. As long as it meets your port and feature requirements, it makes a comparable choice for optimal performance with your R9 3900X.

They all fit the Ryzen 3900x nicely. I own an entry-level MSI X570 A-pro for my 3900x and everything works just fine. The main choice comes down to what you want from the board. If you focus on gaming, opt for a model labeled "gaming" (a higher tier) since it includes Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for controller connections.
