OMG yes, Fallout 1 and 2 are visually appealing and packed with activities, and because they’re isometric games from a long time ago, they should work well on almost any system.

Throughout the years, I've discovered that the most effective method for acquiring classic games is to wait until they become available at significant discounts on major platforms such as Steam, GMG, Fanatical, GameBillet, Humble, and even Origin and UPlay. GOG can be reliable sometimes, but like all these sites, finding large deals tends to happen regularly—monthly or seasonally depending on the game.
