They keep mentioning MFAA updates every time I install the NVIDIA driver, but I haven’t seen any game with an MFAA choice. It seems MFAA might not be available for the 700 series or there aren’t any games offering it at the moment.

MFAA is exclusive to Maxwell architecture cards; without a GTX 745, 750, or 750 TI, it won't work. More info at the provided links.

If your card allows it, you turn on MFAA through the NCP instead of within the game itself.

Your GTX 780 doesn't support MFAA. That feature isn't available on that model.

Incorrect, the GTX 780 uses a different architecture than Kepler.

I believed it was a second generation Maxwell model only.

MFAA functions similarly to MSAA but captures only a subset of adjacent pixels instead of all of them, maintaining comparable quality while reducing computational load by half.

In fact, most of Nvidia's promotions focus solely on "Maxwell."
