I recently experimented with certain hidden apps and wanted to understand how to fully prevent them from appearing in the search bar, as shown in the attached image. I turned off indexing and removed the app from my device history, but it still shows up when searched. I'm using Windows 10.
Take it off from the start menu. Ensure it doesn’t appear elsewhere in the Start menu, and if needed, perform a re-indexing. You may also remove GeForce Experience from the Settings panel (under Apps) if you prefer.
