I personally don't like Fortnite, though it's free and quite popular. It definitely peaked at 12, but don't get caught up in the skin buying scene for more tactical or competitive titles. Try CS:GO instead—definitely add mobile authenticator to your Steam account so you can play in a trusted mode. Otherwise, about 40% of players you'll meet might be hacking. Warzone is free to play, but demand is high (and I'm not 100% sure it's 12). Valorant is the latest hot FPS game, though I'm not sure if it's 12 either.
Pegi 12 is essentially free from blood, strong words, mature content, drugs, and intense violence. You can always visit the Pegi site to check out the game.
Little Fighter 2 is completely free to play. You can join online or via LAN with three other PCs, supporting up to eight players (one per four). Easy modifications are available for version 1.9 without ads.
Cartoon style but everyone bursts into laughter and sprays blood everywhere, haha. I think Fortnite is the top choice. I think some of the latest Halo titles would get a PEGI 12 rating because they’re labeled T for teens, which is 13+ in the US. Not free, just available on Xbox One.
Overwatch often sells for around €10 to €15. It's a good deal.
