Hello, I noticed many old discussions about better CPU options for my i5 4670k. I’m searching for something newer and more efficient to upgrade it to a 4-4.5 range, with a budget of around $100. My case is a Thermaltake chaser A31. If you need more details, feel free to ask. Thank you in advance.

If you're ready to invest around $80, consider the NH-D15S. It offers top performance, excellent compatibility, a 6-year warranty, and ultra-quiet fans.
https://www.amazon.com/Noctua-D-Type-Pre...00XUVGLEU/
For a more budget-friendly option with similar quality, try the Scythe Fuma. The Le Grand Macho Rt is another strong choice that fits most cases well.

Another solid pick is the Grand-Macho fan in TY-147B model.

If you can find the Scythe Fuma without worrying about premium RAM, it stands out as the best cooler under $50.

I own the same CPU at 4.4GHz and experience temperatures between 60-65, which is probably just a coincidence. This is my cooler.

For a more budget-friendly option with similar quality, try the Scythe Fuma. The Le Grand Macho Rt is another powerful choice that should fit your case well. Honestly, the Noctua supreme model with its 6-year warranty and easy availability is superior to both alternatives.
https://www.amazon.com/Scythe-SCFM-1000-...B01B53HG0W
The Grand Macho fan TY-147B is another solid option worth checking out.
https://www.amazon.com/Grand-Macho-fan-T...B01BCLXO7Q
If you're looking for a cooler under $50 that can compete with models over $80, the Scythe Fuma is the top pick. The fan itself isn't great (seriously), but it's the best value in that price range.

If this aligns with my understanding
The price at sixty dollars makes it a poor choice compared to the Scythe Fuma at fifty, bringing them nearly comparable to the NH-D15.
