Hello everyone! I recently got a Lenovo Yoga 9i laptop, still only a few months old. About two days ago, while playing Overwatch 2, the game froze completely. In Task Manager it shows my GPU is Intel Iris Xe Graphics, which makes me think the CPU has built-in graphics instead of a dedicated card. After that, I kept monitoring temperatures and usage stats. It seems the GPU was at 90-100% when I opened the game, but once I started playing, it dropped to just 0.5% within seconds. My CPU temperatures also reached over 90°C during those times. I tried a memory scanning tool and Norton Utilities, which helped clean up the system. I’ve re-downloaded the game several times and even used Razer Cortex, but nothing seems to be working. The storage is at 200GB with 752GB free. Anyone have suggestions? Is this more of a hardware issue or can I fix it? Thanks for your help!
