Everything functions properly even though L would opt for a cheaper monitor and invest the savings into upgrading the GPU size. Nvidia plans to launch the RTX 4070 Ti Super with 16GB next month, so you should factor that in. An 850W power supply will be adequate for this card.

Do you have any suggestions for 2k monitors? I didn’t do much research and just chose a well-reviewed one.
I was hoping for the next generation, so I checked out the 4070 Ti to see what it’s worth.
Are you sure 850W will be enough? I thought it’d be safer to go with 1000W just in case future GPUs pop up.
Should I wait for the new Intel lineup to get a future-proof motherboard, or should I go with AMD? Or keep what I have?
Also, I see more builds using the 14700k, but my notes say the 13700k still wins. What do you think is the better choice?

The 14 gen cpu's are excellent for tasks like video editing but fall short in gaming performance. For 240Hz IPS monitors, it’s best to search reviews online.

This morning I shared a build on another forum. The onboard graphics lets you run your PC until the RTX 4070 Ti Super 16GB model drops next month. Plan for a price near $800 or more. The 140mm ARGB fan swaps in for the one that comes with the case.
