Hey everyone, I just upgraded my rig this autumn. It’s a 4690k with 8GB RAM and an R9 280. I’ve been trying out some games my coworkers recommended—CS:GO, Firefall, DarkSider, 1/2 Team Fortress, Minecraft, Diablo 3, and even GTA V. I’m still figuring things out, but I’m excited to try them out. I’m not a professional gamer and struggle with FPS, but I enjoy the experience. I mostly check Steam for games, but sometimes I watch gameplay videos or reviews. I’m looking for something new that works well on a keyboard or controller. What are you playing right now? Any cool finds lately?

I thought TitanFall was really interesting. It was fun to play, and I look forward to revisiting it soon once things settle down at work.

I can offer you additional options and examples, but here’s what I could generate right now: Hitman Absolution, League of Legends, Payday 2, Tomb Raider, Left 4 Dead 2, Grid 2, Loadout, Spore, Mirrors Edge.

I enjoyed older Elder Scrolls titles like Oblivion or Morrowind with mods. Mirror's Edge was a favorite among fans. Sonic Generations offers great fun on a gamepad, especially with a PS3 controller. Possibly Fallout is worth trying too. Portal (1 or 2) is solid for SMR players. Don't forget to follow your topics!

Battlefield 3/4 Euro Truck Simulator 2 offers a thrilling driving experience, while Assassin's Creed Unity, SimCity 2013, Anno 2070, and Sims 4 keep things engaging. The crew enjoys these games together.

Currently I'm playing BIT.TRIP with Runner, God Mode, Crysis Warhead, and Dragon Age Origins. I can definitely suggest those titles for you for different reasons—they're all quite enjoyable. Even though you mentioned you won't buy them, I think it's worth checking out sales and what others are playing, especially if you enjoy multiplayer. It makes sense to invest in games that have active communities, like God Mode, but I've found a few players on Steam now so I'm okay with that. Also, you said you're checking Steam—have you explored other platforms for good deals? There are plenty of options beyond Steam.

There were a few updates around six months after the release, but I haven’t checked yet because I’m assuming that. Many people still prefer the original version of 4, and some thought BF4 wasn’t a fresh title or valuable. The Battlefield Hardline beta is expected soon, and I hope it becomes open beta so you can try it for free while it’s active. During the early beta, it felt just like BF3 and BF4, only with different skins.
