Hi, your ASUS M4A79 Deluxe motherboard seems to be running smoothly in Windows 7. The main issue is getting the PCIe ISA bridge driver. Look for reliable sources like the official ASUS website or trusted retro gaming forums where you can download the appropriate drivers for this model.

No, you haven't downloaded or installed the driver packages from the ASUS website yet.

I received top results during the setup. The issue is that ASUS doesn't refresh the drivers or replace outdated data. If you lose the disk, you'll need assistance. A good case is with the ROG Crosshair VIII Hero (WIFI); Intel has regularly updated the drivers for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Asus's most recent update was in 2019.

You likely only need to install the chipset drivers. They’re available from other boards with the same chipset—this board uses a 790FX northbridge with an SB750 southbridge. AMD also provides drivers for the 790GX, and it’s possible the package includes 780FX as well, even if not stated: https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/...sets/790gx
