The LV mode in CSGO changed after the animation update, and it seems many players are unhappy about the new blood effect.
You can include this in the launch settings. LV means low violence. They needed to do this in Germany because there’s strict rules against violence, or something like that. Think about playing a mainstream game with fewer violent scenes, such as The Sims.
It's a great choice indeed. Nothing like real blood to sway my parents' minds about letting me play GoW back then.
