I didn't find any issues, so I attempted an internet recovery... and that worked.

Ensure your internet is active. Format the drive if needed and retry. Note that changes will erase all data.

I completed the Dosdude1 Catlina Patcher update and it became unresponsive. I reformatted the internal drive, and now I’m here.

Reset the drive once more and confirm it has an internet connection, this should resolve the issue.
