Retrying early 2000s Konami PC versions on today’s systems is quite challenging. That’s why I’m using just the console and the game. It runs fine, though you might encounter some issues.

It's really frustrating about this game. I faced problems back around 2000. The installation was super awkward—had to use CMD and merge some SOL files. It consumed 15GB of my 40GB hard drive. Still no clear idea what happened. Hope you have a chance to make it work.
