Hello, I was searching for a 16GB RAM dual channel kit and found this Patriot Viper Steel 16GB RAM Dual Channel 3200Mhz set at a reasonable price. I checked reviews but most focused on overclocking, which isn’t my priority since this is my first gaming PC. I just want to know if I can run normally at 3200Mhz without enabling XMP or manually adjusting voltage. If it’s important, I also have a B550M Aorus Elite and an R5 5600G.

I’m not familiar with overclocking, but XMP seems sufficient. The cost varies by region and currency.

Based on my observations, Ryzen CPUs have been quite flexible with RAM requirements, especially from the second generation onward. If stability at 3200 MHz isn't achieved, adjusting the settings to 3133 or 3000 in the BIOS should usually resolve the issue.

Determine if the issue is unique to your kit or could occur with other kits.

Patriot Viper has been around me a few times without any major problems. Affordable Patriot RAM is a common choice for budget builds.
