I have boosted my R9 390 Sapphire Nitro on MSI afterburner, using 1090 core clock and 1625 memory clock. There was no activity during the valley benchmark of 18 scenes, with a noticeable improvement in FPS and score. However, the temperature stayed between 80-82 degrees even at full load. I tried adjusting the core voltage, but it didn’t make a difference. The temperature remains unchanged. I’ve increased the voltage from +50mV to +80mV, but nothing seems to work. Could it be related to the auxiliary voltage? My power limit is set at +50%. Please help this person resolve this issue. Thank you.

But if I remove the side window, the temperature drops to 70-72 degrees. Is this a cooling problem? If so, is it an intake or exhaust issue? I have two H115i supplied fans at the front, and two PHANTEX P400 fans—one at the top and one at the back.
