Hello. I've been testing players on unknown battlegrounds with medium/low settings and around 40 FPS. I'm curious if upgrading both my CPU and GPU would help, or if just the CPU is enough since my hardware isn't that bad. My CPU is AMD FX 6300 with a cooler Master Hyper X cooler. The GPU is an RX 480 4GB Sapphire Nitro+, RAM is 16GB at 1666MHZ, MBO is Gigabyte 970A-DS3P, and I'm using a 600W PSU. Would overclocking make a difference in this game?

I own 300 hours in that game and I can assure you that the results you're seeing are entirely within what your system can handle. The Fx-6300 isn't powerful enough. Also, all AMD graphics cards are having trouble because of driver problems. If you're on a tight budget, you might consider getting an older i5 or i7 and trying to overclock it.

I suggest continuing to overclock both the CPU and GPU, but don't anticipate more than 5-10 FPS. Right now, this game doesn't work well with AMD.

I have 300 hours in that game and I can assure you the performance you're seeing is entirely within normal limits for your hardware. The Fx-6300 isn't up to the task, and all AMD graphics cards are having trouble because of driver problems. If you're on a tight budget, you might consider getting an older i5 or i7 and trying to overclock it.

I suggest continuing to overclock both the CPU and GPU, but don't expect significant improvements—this game currently doesn't perform well with AMD.

I've been testing it today by running it at ultra settings with two parameters set to very low for PvP advantage. I'm surprised it's maintaining the same frame rate as mid/low settings...

I'm not sure what's going on, but that's how it is.

I've already overclocked my CPU to 3.8 for now.
