I boosted my core clock by 200, memory clock by 450, set power target to 112%, kept GPU voltage at stock with no changes, and used a GTX 1070 Founders. Is this overclocking safe or could there be risks?

Keep an eye on the temperatures, those FE cards tend to hit throttle at regular speeds. Any functional run tends to generate a lot of heat. You might have improved ventilation, but I’d stay alert just in case.

Just monitor the temperatures; those FE cards tend to hit throttle quickly at regular speeds. A functional OC typically leads to extremely high temps. You might have better airflow than others, but I’d stay alert just in case.
