Hello, your Asrock z390 phantom gaming 4 sli motherboard has an xpg spectrix d60g 2x8gb RAM. When you change the XMP profile after rebooting, the frequency shows as 1066 MHz instead of the expected value. You might be misconfiguring the settings in the BIOS manually. Check the manual for proper configuration steps and ensure everything is set correctly. Your CPU model is i5-9600kf.

Upgrade the BIOS on your motherboard to version 4.30, reset it using the jumper, and attempt again with the XMP profile 1 (press F10 to save and exit). Check if the dims are present in slots A2 and B2.
