I purchased the wheel secondhand and it requires a 15-port connection. Can I purchase a gameport adapter or should I get a different type?

This 15-pin D-sub connector is quite outdated. Is it still compatible with your setup?

The wheel, I'm referring to a supported setup. If you're working with an older system, you might encounter difficulties locating drivers based on the specific make and model.
