Hi, I'm searching for a motherboard that fits both a PCIe x16 slot for your RTX 3080 graphics card and an PCIe x8 slot for your video capture card. The cards you mentioned need an 8-lane PCIe slot, which none of the B660M, Z690, etc., provide. The DeckLink Quad HDMI Recorder requires a PCIe 8 lane Gen 3 slot with support for both 8 and 16 lanes. You're looking for an Intel CPU as well.

To my knowledge, there isn’t a desktop system with enough PCIe lanes to fully utilize an additional 8x slot without sacrificing most of the available input/output connections. Still, I’m curious—do you plan to use the extra slots for something specific?

A TR system could handle it easily even with over 32 PCIe lanes. However, TR systems are particularly suited for gaming and productivity tasks.

The TR setup isn't exactly the same as a traditional desktop anymore. In fact, the last time I looked, installing a TR system tends to cost more than getting a standard Epyc model... (remembering that TR usually offers more lanes due to variations in SOC capabilities).

I employ it for madVR applications needing huge GPU power and the capture card to deliver HDMI output at 4K with 60Hz. Appreciate it.

Have you received the decklink yet? Would you prefer four distinct HDMI outputs or would an HDMI switch work, allowing one 4K60 input at a time? The Elgato 4K60 Pro functions as an X4 card.

Only one input will be used at a time. The video processor supports only DeckLink, not Elgato.
