If you prefer a consumer CPU, it won't work with registered memory. It might be possible to get non-registered memory, though the seller may have flexibility. Sadly, it doesn't alter any of the facts. It's a low-quality power supply that poses a risk to your GPU and should be upgraded first, regardless of your budget.
