Hello, your Corsair 5000D is compatible with the DeepCool FK120 3in1 PC fans. The 4 --> 1 adapter fits the setup you described. You can connect the fans through that adapter and then link the adapter to your motherboard. Using the 4 to 1 adapter is recommended since the fan wires are too short for a direct connection.
