I've been eager for the b550 boards to launch. After checking prices of some models, including the MSI B550 Tomahawk, I considered switching to an X570. A Tomahawk would be about $179. This made me decide it's time to move forward and it should be more affordable too. Any suggestions for top X570 options under $200? (I know there aren't many.) Current specs: EVGA RTX 2060 KO, ultra Ryzen 5 3600, 16GB DDR4 3600 RAM, M.2 NVMe SSD, PCIE 4.0 overclocking support. Looking to upgrade later.

They have a great board available. If it doesn’t restock soon, do you know of any alternatives?

Consider MSI Gaming Plus X570 or Gaming Edge, though they might be unavailable. It seems many people were preparing for the Ryzen 4000 release.

These boards aren't great; the B450 and possibly the B550 might work better. It looks like there aren't any solid choices left, so I'll hold off until the TUF is back in stock or the B550 becomes available.

Do you need dmi 4 or the plx chip Interms of power delivery the gaming max is out classed by the tomhawk and the tuf while a good board really expensive compared the tomahawk and has pretty similar power delivery So I recommend waiting for b550 It will be cheaper the tomhawk will have great power delivery and hey it will be in stock

I’m waiting to see what arrives next. The TUF board should be back in stock, or it’s set for June 16 for the b550.
