Hi everyone. I own an MSI GP73 gaming laptop with a 1070 gpu, which has been reliable for three years. The bezels are quite thick compared to recent models from 2020 and 2021. I’m looking for larger gaming laptops if available. Are there any 18/19 inch options or upcoming models under £1,500? I’m okay with a heavier build since I use it at work, in my car, and sometimes at home. Do any reasonably priced 18-inch gaming laptops exist or is there a release soon? If not, I’ll probably settle for a thinner 17.3-inch model. Thanks!

None of the options in your price range stand out. There are some quirky "laptops" with curved screens, but they're at the top of their game. Possibly a few ultrawides as well, I noticed in CES coverage, though they're still at the top.

Hey thanks, seems like theres less demand for larger heavier screens. Seems like ill have to 'settle' for a measly 17.3 hehe

This size reduces the practical value of a laptop. It becomes difficult to transport. And if you're not moving it, why keep a laptop?

Hey, my job requires me to travel frequently and spend long periods sitting still. Since I only bring it home and work with it, it's not a major issue. My current MSI laptop with 1070 supports my two 1080p monitors at home, making it a great desktop upgrade as well as for gaming on the go.
