You're looking for basic editing tools to create a text animation over a book cover. A straightforward program should work well for this task.

No one mentions After Effects, but it's not something we should let beginners struggle with. You can handle similar tasks in Movie Maker, though it might help to ask for guidance. I'm ready to help if you share a font and image you'd like to use.

I’m not sure there’ll be anything truly simple, to be honest. The only thoughts that come to mind are Photoshop.

Movie creator is unlikely to produce the exact result they envision. They aimed for an image of a black book on a round table beside a glass of whiskey, displaying 'dramatic song lyrics' in a stylish yet clear font. I'm searching for a suitable photo online and would appreciate any assistance you can offer.

It's unclear whether taking this role is right since you haven't worked there before. Motion graphics is great with After Effects, but it might be costly. You could consider testing it out first. Still unsure.

It could be done in Gimp with simple adjustments, just zoom in for effect. I’m not sure what the purpose is, but you definitely taste it.

He doesn’t have many other options, so I decided to give it a shot. I might start with PS CC and then explore After Effects next.

I don’t suggest Photoshop initially, and there’s no clear video output option. The timeline feels confusing, especially when contrasted with tools like After Effects. After Effects Photoshop
