You're facing a common challenge with ASUS motherboards. The lack of built-in TPM 2.0 and the presence of a TPM header don't automatically guarantee compatibility, especially if you're using Windows 11. It's wise to verify directly with the manufacturer or trusted retailers. Consider reaching out to ASUS support for guidance on TPM requirements for your specific model.

The CPU support is fixed and won't change based on TPM 2.0 status. You'll have to find an alternative method to install Windows 11 on that device. Avoiding the CPU requirement altogether might be a better approach.

No specific reason mentioned; the focus is on whether Rufus can bypass TPM requirements.

I wouldn't spend too much time on it, as the TPM module could meet some software needs, but you'll remain unsupported by Microsoft, so keep planning for issues later. You should get a CPU from one of these lists: Windows 11 version 24H2 supported Intel processors or Windows 11 version 24H2 supported AMD processors.

Is this really necessary? The page shows a TPM-SPI accessory, but you can skip it if needed.

I tried this before, but I ran into other problems I couldn't fix, making it seem simpler to revert to my Win 10 setup and upgrade instead. Now it looks like the easiest option is to keep using that Windows 10 machine. It’s just my folding rig after all.

Search - MSI-US Official Store I know that they are not an Asus brand but at least they are not some unknown brand. One is 14-1 pin and the other is 12-1 pin. But if those are not the right number of pins. Check out CDW dot com. Search Results: Showing results for TPM module | CDW
