Get the most recent BIOS files from the MSI product page for the target board. Save them onto an empty USB drive (make sure it’s a .CAP file). For ASUS models, rename the file to a specific format if required. Insert the USB into the BIOS slot (the motherboard just needs power). Press the flash button and wait for the process. A blinking light or similar indicator should appear. Follow the instructions in the user manual carefully.
