I would wait for Blade and Soul... then for Black Desert. Blade and Soul (you can play on a Russian server) has a really good combat, nice visuals (the game is old but looks nice), and so on... the issue is the latency can be very high depending on where you live.

I understand it's not free-to-play, but I'm still suggesting FFXIV since it's the game I'm currently enjoying.

I’d love to try it a lot, but honestly I don’t play on PC very often and most of my time would get wasted.

I just began trying Skyforge—it's still in open beta. Premium offers little extra benefit; you can get it through in-game money. It speeds up unlocking items. You can trade cash shop items using in-game credits. TERA provides solid combat, and I've played it regularly over the past couple of years. It looks good without spending a lot.
