I've switched my decision—I’m looking for an Intel 6th gen chip that fits with the ASUS H110M-K and works well for gaming. I’ll pair it with a 1050ti and a 600w power supply.

You matched it with a 1050 Ti, which pairs well with an i5 6500 or 6600k—though it won’t be ideal for heavy multitasking or demanding games. The i5 models start around $70 to $80, while the i7 offers better long-term value and supports GPU upgrades without bottlenecks. I spotted a 6700k on OfferUp for $140 recently, but eBay seems more dependable. On eBay it’s likely around $200. Since your board can’t be overclocked, a non-K 6700k isn’t a huge downside, but it still runs lower than the K model. You had success with a 6700k paired with a 2060—it handled games fine, though the i5 struggled in some poorly optimized titles. It kept performance steady but didn’t fully utilize your GPU, especially in certain sections.
