Looking for a reliable channel to get the newest iPad OS 10 beta?
I discovered an older iPad 2 and wondered about the latest iPad OS beta that would work with it. It turns out 15 won’t run, so I aimed for 10—the most recent build, though I’m unsure where to safely download the profile.
Even when locating the profile, one wouldn't anticipate Apple releasing updates for download. Unlike macOS, Apple doesn't keep publishing older iOS releases and usually halts signing them shortly following a new update's release.
To be clear there is a way, get a job in the software team at apple they are permitted to download internal builds onto thier personal devices and im sure they do have access to these older builds. Apple software team is always hiring quite aggressively so its not that impossible just will need to be a mid level+ developer or AQ etc.
