My cousin has placed an order for a new power supply unit for my PC build. Although the Seasonic PX Platinum Focus+ 850 is satisfactory, I still want to invest in another PSU to ensure long-term reliability.
I am looking for recommendations for an 850-watt PSU that would suit this configuration. This is the current setup:
Motherboard - MSI B660 MAG Tomahawk Wifi D4 Intel LGA 1700 ATX
CPU - Intel i5-13600K
RAM - Ripjaw V Series 32GB DDR4
CPU Cooler - Deepcool AK620
GPU - MSI Gaming GeForce RTX 2060 6GB GDRR6
Although this build might not need exactly 850W, I would still prefer a 850W unit as a future-proof option, should I upgrade to a better graphics card or add another one.
I considered the Seasonic Prime PX 850 Platinum because of its quiet fan, but my cousin recommended alternatives from Super Flower and Seasonic Focus Gold.

I noticed this has a different labeling than what you sent. Is this item genuine?

On every computer I've assembled, an EVGA power supply has worked perfectly.

All businesses offer affordable, low-end power supplies meant for office setups or simple entry-level projects. SeaSonic provides their own average budget PSUs that they don't produce themselves. The main issue isn't the Corsair VS series being a poor selection of GPUs, but rather its misuse in unsuitable systems.

I suggest buying before the discount ends.

In 2023 the requirement is to reach 1k as a minimum, usually not much higher and it should last for years. I went 1k back in 2016 and have been managing it ever since.
