If you're not aiming for overclocking, it really doesn't matter. Kingston offers solid RAM options, whether it's their ValueRam or HyperX models. Since you'll be using standard speeds, switching to another brand with the same performance will only impact your budget—either cheaper or more expensive. The result will be the same; daily use won't show any difference.
the store presented me with g.skill 3600 mgh cl 18 which offer more features. 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3600Mhz - CL18 - 1.35V - Trident Z RGB Series, they mentioned that even the cpu can be limited to 3200 iw, which might improve performance. i’m not sure and it could lower my latency from 16 to 18. what are your thoughts?
In terms of delay, performance would be similar with minor differences. Higher bandwidth means better speed. Reducing delay can be achieved by overclocking, though you mentioned you won’t do that. If the 16GB drives are dual-rank, I’d choose them.
