Looking for a non-Samsung storage solution featuring genuine DRAM cache and avoiding chip-routing technology?
I'm searching for a reliable SSD with genuine DRAM memory, avoiding Samsung-made solutions and the common chip-routing issues many brands face. The WD SN550 lacks DRAM and has had its parts altered by WD. Value for money is key. Other options could include models from Crucial, SanDisk Extreme Pro, or Kingston that offer real DRAM caches without the same manufacturing concerns.
From what they did with the SN550, I wouldn't be confident in WD here.
