I'm having trouble using my PS4 controller with Need for Speed (2015). My Xbox One controller works fine, but the PS4 one doesn't. I don’t have the drivers for the Xbox controller or DS4Windows, and hiding the controller trick didn’t help in Dark Souls 3. Any suggestions?
PC compatibility is limited to Xbox 360, Xbox One and PS2 peripherals. Console controllers aren't interchangeable—PS3 controller won't fit Xbox 360 or vice versa, and this rule extends to PS4 and XBone as well.
These controllers function properly. They connect via Bluetooth, and you can install special drivers and adjustment tools to mimic an Xbox controller or utilize XInput.
Save the Input Mapper and link your controller via USB at https://inputmapper.com/downloads/catego...put-mapper. It should function now.
They say the PS4 controller works better with most devices compared to the PS3.
