Hi there,
I'm trying to decide which mousepad to buy. My desk dimensions are 700 mm by 300 mm, and I prefer a slightly larger size. I'm unsure whether to opt for a more affordable option from places like Amazon or invest in higher-quality ones with better texture and thickness. Should I focus on well-known brands or explore other choices? Please let me know.

I haven't used a mousepad since the friction mouse replaced the optical model. My desk features a woodgrain design, and every optical mouse I've tried works well there, making the mousepad unnecessary in my mind.
Maybe you're looking for a mousepad for a different purpose (like one with a built-in wrist rest)?

I just want them to last longer because of the feet. My desk is made of wood and it's very smooth, but the mouse pads get scratched a lot when I use them on it. Plus, crumbs, dirt, and other things often get stuck in the feet. Using a mousepad might help extend how long my mouse feet last.

The same issue occurs on the underside of my mouse over time, but I occasionally clean it thoroughly. For your needs, any rectangular mouse from Amazon would work fine. Just avoid spending too much on one.

The size appears quite small for a desk. Are you sure you're not missing something?
