You're setting up a PC with a Ryzen 9 5900X and the ROG Strix B550-F Wi-Fi motherboard. Let me check if this board supports your CPU. It should work well, but confirm the voltage requirements and ensure you have sufficient power delivery for the high-end processor. Also, verify that the capacitors are adequate for stable performance. No extra connectivity needed unless you plan to expand later.

ROG boards usually add extra capacitors to the VRM. If you prefer a PC build, I recommend an X570, otherwise it's a solid option.

The VRM works well; the X570 isn’t necessary unless you need its extra capabilities. Based on the tests I ran, I’m still unsure why you’d purchase the X570—check out the ASUS B550 VRM review on YouTube.
