Looking for a method to utilize the USB-C connection on your device

I'm working with an Asus Prime B550 Plus and trying to connect the USB-C port on your Asus TUF Gaming GT502 case. The motherboard lacks the proper header, so it only has a Thunderbolt connection. You'll need a USB 3.1 Type E cable for the case.

They only recognized version 2.0, but you need extra space for your Oculus Quest 2 without needing a longer cable.

The B550 line is recognized for supporting USB 3.0 at version 2.0. I've reinstalled the driver several times, but it continues to fail, and after checking the BIOS and adjusting settings, nothing seems amiss.
